Submitting a request

Submitting an online form does not guarantee that a prescription can be filled, transferred, refilled, or dispensed. The pharmacy team may need to verify prescriber information, patient information, medication details, insurance information, inventory, and legal or clinical requirements.

Pharmacist review

Prescription-related requests may require pharmacist review. Starside Drugs may contact the patient, prescriber, current pharmacy, or insurance plan when needed.
